[Hiring] Diagnostic Scheduler @ProMedica

Role Description

As a System Diagnostic Scheduler, you are the primary channel for scheduling outpatient diagnostic appointments. You will serve as a resource to the patient by providing accurate details of appointments as well as preparations, date, time of the exam and any needed directional information. In this role, you will accept orders from physician offices and/or patients. You will also contact departments when there is an exception to the scheduling routine. Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years' experience in a professional office environment
  • 1 year working in a Medical Office Setting (preferred)
