Role Description

notifyMD is seeking Part Time Remote Call Center Agents to provide the friendly, professional voice our clients depend on. This role is ideal for those who thrive under pressure as the day to day involves skillfully managing a high-volume of incoming calls. You'll be tasked with providing an exceptional experience for callers while maintaining service quality and meeting performance expectations. Since we deliver exceptional service 24/7, 365 days a year, this role requires availability to work a weekend day and holidays.

  • Must have a typing speed of 35WPM and proficient computer skills.
  • Looking for self-motivated, accountable individuals with a warm demeanor.
  • Must remain composed when assisting upset callers.
  • Strong attention to detail in writing is required.
  • Consistent dedication to reliable attendance and schedule adherence is essential.
  • Previous customer service experience is a bonus.

Requirements

  • A Windows PC or laptop with Windows 10 or 11 (no Apple products, tablets or Chromebooks).
  • Screen resolution must be at least 1600X900 (Two monitors are preferred to help with efficiency).
  • A wired USB headset with a microphone.
  • Broadband internet connection that can pass our speed test (No satellite internet).
  • A direct Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi).
  • 1 GB of available storage space.
  • A dedicated workspace free from distraction.

Pay

  • $20 / Hour

Shifts Offered

  • Part Time - approximately 16 hours a week.
  • Shifts available are based on business needs.
  • M-F, with one weekend day shift required (Sat OR Sun).
  • Training will last approximately 1-2 weeks. Once training is complete, you will move to your new set schedule.
