HR Generalist

<div><b><u>Position Objective:</u></b></div><div>To administer, execute, review, and document Human Resources processes for personnel, ensuring compliance with applicable labor legislation, internal policies, operational guidelines, and requirements for internal, client, and labor authority audits.</div><div></div><div>Education:</div><div>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.</div><div>Experience:</div><div>Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.</div><div>Experience managing multi-site personnel.</div><div>Technical Knowledge:</div><div>Knowledge of Federal Labor Law.</div><div>Personnel administration and pre-payroll processes.</div><div>Social Security and housing fund processes.</div><div>Document control and labor audit preparation.</div><div>Basic HR KPI reporting.</div><div>Skills and Competencies:</div><div> Organization and attention to detail.</div><div>Effective communication.</div><div>Follow-up and control.</div><div>Basic labor conflict management.</div><div>Ability to work under pressure.</div><div>Compliance-oriented mindset.</div><div>Discretion and confidentiality.</div><div></div><div></div><div>Labor Relations:</div><ul><li>Apply Federal Labor Law, internal regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Prepare, document, and follow up on disciplinary actions and administrative records.</li><li>Address and document labor conflicts involving outsourced personnel.</li><li>Execute and document termination, resignation, and dismissal processes.</li><li>Attend labor authority inspections and provide verifiable documentation.</li></ul><div></div><div><u>Personnel Administration:</u></div><ul><li>Review and validate that payroll-related incidents (attendance, absences, overtime, vacations, medical leaves, among others) are properly entered into the system by managers or operational leaders.</li><li>Execute and document employee hires, terminations, and changes with social security authorities and internal systems.</li><li>Prepare, renew, and control employment contracts in accordance with applicable labor laws.</li><li>Ensure full documental traceability of Human Resources processes.</li></ul><div></div><div>Recruitment and Selection:</div><ul><li>Execute recruitment and selection processes according to approved profiles.</li><li>Document interviews, evaluations, and hiring decisions.</li><li>Compile complete and auditable hiring files.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hiring and administrative onboarding processes.</li></ul><div></div><div>Training and Induction:</div><ul><li>Coordinate and document institutional and administrative onboarding.</li><li>Maintain training records, attendance lists, and certificates.</li><li>Follow up on basic internal training plans.</li></ul><div>HR Indicators and Reporting:</div><ul><li>Track and update key Human Resources indicators (turnover, absenteeism, vacancy coverage, payroll incidents, among others).</li><li>Prepare periodic KPI reports for management review and audit purposes.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.</li></ul><div></div><div>Internal Coordination:</div><ul><li>Coordinate with internal operational areas responsible for service delivery.</li><li>Follow up on internally defined personnel requirements.</li><li>Maintain documented communication with supervisors and operational managers.</li><li>Provide HR administrative support to operations.</li></ul><div>Additional Projects:</div><ul><li>Participate in special HR projects as assigned.</li><li>Support continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives.</li></ul><div></div>
