This role enables high-volume retail hiring and enterprise talent processes, directly impacting speed to hire, learning adoption, and performance outcomes. Partners with HR Technology, Talent, HR Operations, and vendors to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Configure and maintain Workday (Learning, Recruiting, Talent & Performance)</p></li><li><p>Manage business processes, notifications, and system enhancements</p></li><li><p>Provide Tier 2 support; assist with limited Tier 1 intake and triage</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot end-to-end process issues and drive root-cause fixes</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards</p></li><li><p>Lead/support small projects: requirements, delivery, stakeholder coordination</p></li><li><p>Execute testing (regression and user acceptance) and validate changes</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><p><b>Required</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree</p></li><li><p>3+ years of Workday experience (Learning, Recruiting, or Talent/Performance)</p></li><li><p>Hands-on configuration and reporting experience</p></li><li><p>Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred</b></p><ul><li><p>Workday Security (domains, roles, business process security)</p></li><li><p>Experience with integrations or third-party tools</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Success Measures</b></p><ul><li><p>Stable configurations and reduced support volume</p></li><li><p>High stakeholder satisfaction</p></li><li><p>Accurate reporting and on-time delivery</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Details</b></p><ul><li><p>Reports to HR Technology; partners across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Operations</p></li><li><p>Exposure to integrations, security, and broader Workday ownership for growth</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-BB2</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>VIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS:</b></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:14px">At DICK’S, we thrive on innovation and authenticity.
