About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates for various company positions.
Coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment records, and manage candidate communication.
Handle employee onboarding and documentation processes.
Assist in HR operations, employee engagement, and performance tracking.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

4. 4. Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
5. 5. Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
