Inside Sales Representative (SaaS/B2B software)

<p><b>Job Role:  Inside Sales Representative  (SaaS/B2B software)</b></p><p> <b>Objective:  Hire a great inside sales professional to identify and nurture leads, convert them to real opportunities, and close (with support from pre-sales team) </b></p><p> <b>Key responsibilities:</b></p><ul type="disc"><p> </p><li>Achieve weekly lead generation targets and monthly revenue targets</li> <li>Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails and inbound lead follow-up</li> <li>Construct and conduct sales pitches and presentations from start to finish</li> <li>Demonstrate product features before a sale (perform online demos)</li> <li>Understand customer needs and be able to articulate the value concisely</li> <li>Learn the ContractAI solution and how to articulate the value</li> <li>Learn prospect’s org structure, identify key players in the buying cycle (buyer, decision maker, influencer, naysayer)</li> <li>Nurture relationships with leads and convert into opportunities efficiently</li> <li>Track and manage all prospect communication (emails, phone, social media)</li> <p></p></ul><p> <b>Skills / Qualifications:</b></p><ul type="disc"><p> </p><li>BA/BS degree or equivalent </li> <li>5+ years inside and/or outside sales experience</li> <li>Several years track record of exceeding sales quota </li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills</li> <li>Strong listening and presentation skills</li> <li>Knowledge of managing all leads, opportunities and communication in Salesforce </li> <li>Ability to run digital marketing campaigns to source leads (ie. using various marketing tools provided by company) and track/report campaign results</li> <li>Commanding phone presence with experience running sales presentations from start to finish with mutual close plans</li> <li>Able to work independently and remote with little supervision</li> <li>Highly organized with efficient note-taking skills </li> <p></p></ul><p> <b>Requirements:</b></p><ul type="disc"><p> </p><li>Adequate workspace where video conferencing allows for business discussions</li> <li>Sufficient Internet connectivity to host video/audio calls and product demonstrations</li> <p></p></ul><p> <b> </b><b style="letter-spacing: 0.2px;">Intangibles:</b></p><ul type="disc"><p> </p><li>Loves selling as a career</li> <li>Loves meeting new people and building long-term relationships</li> <li>Very high energy and competitive </li> <li>Passion for B2B SaaS solutions</li> <p></p></ul>
