Responsibilities

  • Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company standards
  • Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and following up on leads
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and explaining policy details clearly
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) when handling sensitive information

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation abilities to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus) for engaging diverse client bases
  • Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM systems to track leads and manage client data efficiently
