For Applicants who are authorized to work in the US <ul> <li>Make Good Things Happen for Other People </li> <li>Follow our proven service process to offer our existing bilingual customers the best individualized customer service and policy options from the insurance carriers IIG represents </li> <li>Keep accurate information for all customers within the CRM database, adhering to company quality and compliance standards </li> <li>Building relationships with clients and actively capitalizing on Referral Lead cultivation </li> <li>Customer support over the phone, email or text </li> <li>Email management and follow-up with calls/ emails for the missing information and documentation </li> <li>Use insurance carrier’s platform & technology timely and accurately </li> </ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>Must speak and write the Ukrainian & Russian language fluently </li> <li>Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal) </li> <li>Must pass background check </li> <li>Must pass the Property & Casualty insurance state licensing test and obtain license; must be US based and eligible to work in the US </li> <li>Customer Service Aptitude & Skills (listening, communicating, empathy and problem solving) </li> <li>PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is a must </li> <li>Higher education is a plus </li> <li>Proactive team member, effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must </li> <li>Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, being results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines </li> </ul> <h3>Benefits</h3> <ul> <li> </li> </ul> 1.
