Job Summary Seeking a driven, self-managed IT Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes initiative to move work forward. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Quality business functions.</li> <li>Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.</li> <li>Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Product Management, and Quality Operations to deliver solutions.</li> <li>Lead or support workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements sessions.</li> <li>Ensure deliverables are completed with minimal supervision and high accountability.</li> </ul> Required Skills & Qualifications <ul> <li>Experience as a Business Analyst supporting Quality Systems implementations.</li> <li>Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.</li> <li>Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.</li> <li>Experience identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with IT, Product Management, and Quality Operations teams.</li> </ul> <ul></ul> Other Job Details Role: IT Business Analyst (Quality Systems) Location: USA (Remote) Duration: Contract Rate: $45/hr W2 / $50/hr C2C
