IT Support Specialist II

Supporting multiple global operating companies, the full-time IT Support Specialist II will manage hardware lifecycle processes, deploy systems using cloud-based management tools, and provide end-user support while working remotely with occasional on-site visits in Columbia, MO. Key responsibilities Track and maintain global PC hardware inventory, coordinating purchases and repairs Manage user accounts and profiles across local and cloud-based systems, supporting Azure environments Monitor and resolve Help Desk tickets, providing technical support through various channels Required qualifications Associate's degree in a related field with 2-5 years of networking experience, or equivalent work experience 1-2 years of Help Desk experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and basic computer hardware components Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and cloud-based management tools Experience with device deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
