The Role

As a Virtual Support Specialist, you will provide expert remote assistance to JetBlue passengers across the full range of pre- and post-travel support needs. From booking inquiries to post-flight complaint resolution, you will handle each interaction with the care and precision that JetBlue's brand demands — all from your home office. No commute, no uniform, no travel required.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound virtual support requests via phone for bookings, cancellations, baggage, and policies
• Guide passengers through self-service tools and the JetBlue app to resolve common inquiries independently
• Process travel credits, vouchers, and refund requests within defined authorization limits
• Investigate and respond to post-travel complaints including flight delays and lost baggage cases
• Update customer profiles, TrueBlue loyalty accounts, and notification preferences upon request
• Maintain daily performance metrics including call quality scores, handle time, and resolution rates

Who You Are

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of phone-based support, customer service, or call center experience
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and restate complex passenger situations clearly
• Comfortable learning new software quickly — JetBlue uses proprietary reservation and CRM systems
• Professionally self-managed — able to hit productivity targets without on-site supervision
• Home office with high-speed wired internet, a computer meeting JetBlue's tech specifications, and a headset
