Main Responsibilities: <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li> Define and implement the solution architecture in Azure, including environments, integrations, security, scalability, and governance. </li> <li> Create the necessary infrastructure to support the evolution and migration of Power Solutions currently based on SharePoint to a more robust and scalable architecture. </li> <li> Define the modeling of the transactional database, ensuring integrity, performance, and sustainability of the solution. </li> <li> Structure the governance and lifecycle of solutions on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI), including environments, deployment, versioning, and best practices. </li> <li> Technically lead a hybrid team (client + partner) responsible for the migration of solutions and evolution of the architecture. </li> <li> Define the design of the analytical data architecture to support consumption via Power BI and enable the construction of an integrated operational view (Supply Chain Control Tower). </li> <li> Ensure alignment between transactional and analytical architecture, promoting consistency and data reuse. </li> <li> Work directly with business and technology areas to translate needs into viable and sustainable solutions. </li> <li> Technically advocate for the solution with the client, influencing architectural decisions and promoting alignment among stakeholders. </li> </ul> MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li> Solid experience as a Solutions Architect, Software Architect, or Enterprise Architect. </li> <li> Strong knowledge of solution architecture in Azure. </li> <li> Experience in transactional data modeling and data architecture. </li> <li> Experience with modernization or migration of enterprise applications. </li> <li> Experience leading multidisciplinary and hybrid teams (client + partner) technically. </li> <li> Strong communication skills, influence, and technical defense of solutions with stakeholders and leadership. </li> </ul> DIFFERENTIAL: <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Knowledge of analytical data architecture (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse).</li> <li>Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI), including governance and application lifecycle.</li> <li>Knowledge in designing analytical solutions and data integration for BI.</li> <li>Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and environment automation.</li> <li>Intermediate to advanced English.</li> </ul> DESIRED PROFILE: <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Hands-on and pragmatic profile, with architectural vision and execution capability.</li> <li>Strong ability to influence and build relationships with clients.</li> <li>Ease in working in complex environments with multiple fronts occurring simultaneously.</li> <li>Ability to balance technical decisions, delivery speed, and solution sustainability.</li> </ul> Our benefits: -Health and dental insurance-Meal and food allowance-Childcare assistance-Extended paternity leave-Partnership with gyms and health and wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass) TotalPass;-Profit Sharing and Results Participation (PLR);-Life insurance-Continuous learning platform (CI&T University);-Discount club-Free online platform dedicated to physical, mental, and overall well-being-Pregnancy and responsible parenting course-Partnerships with online learning platforms-Language learning platformAnd many more!
