This role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, and ITSM processes who are eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Assist in the development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform.</li><li>Work on modules such as Incident, Problem, Change Management (ITSM).</li><li>Create and maintain client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and workflows.</li><li>Support ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.</li><li>Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.</li><li>Perform testing, debugging, and issue resolution within the platform.</li><li>Help maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures.</li><li>Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.</li><li>0 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration.</li><li>Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM processes.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork abilities.</li></ul>
