Lead Functional Architect

Job Description:

  • Provide strategic and technical leadership for planning, delivery, and ongoing optimization of enterprise Finance applications
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, technology leaders, implementation partners, and agile delivery teams
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery, integration, enhancement, and support of finance applications
  • Lead and mentor technical teams, driving issue resolution, system optimization, testing, and quality assurance
  • Establish and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, and related Finance technologies
  • Ability to translate business strategy into scalable solutions aligned with the enterprise architecture vision
  • Design scalable, secure Oracle Cloud and EBS solutions across multiple functional domains
  • Partner with business leaders to define requirements, future-state processes, and capability roadmaps
  • Ensure adherence to security, audit, data governance, and change management standards across all finance platforms and implementations
