Lead and mentor a team of inventory specialists to achieve department goals. Utilize strong analytical skills to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs. Monitor inventory levels and make strategic recommendations for purchasing and replenishment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory processes and systems. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address inventory concerns and resolve issues. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve inventory management strategies. Drive results by setting and achieving inventory management targets and KPIs. Train and onboard new team members on inventory processes and procedures. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
