Learning & Development Specialist

  • Assess organizational and employee training needs
  • Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs
  • Create and maintain learning and development content
  • Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to employees
  • Ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals and strategy
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance employee development and productivity
