Additionally, they will </span><span>lead</span><span> reconciliation meetings and audit reviews. </span></span><span> </span></p> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold"><span><span>Responsibilities:</span></span></span><span> </span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Execute Trax’s comprehensive audit process to </span><span>identify</span><span> and resolve audit exceptions for client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and ensure </span><span>timely</span><span> completion of deliverables.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements</span><span> and u</span><span>tilize KPI reports and scorecards to </span><span>maintain</span><span> consistent </span><span>performance</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Implement and </span><span>maintain</span><span> standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Identify</span><span> non-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Leads or </span><span>p</span><span>articipate</span><span> in </span><span>reconciliation meetings, </span><span>audit </span><span>reviews</span><span> and </span><span>other </span><span>team meetings to evaluate </span><span>audit </span><span>performance and plan improvements.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Foster a positive team dynamic and a culture of continuous improvement.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold"><span><span>Qualifications:</span></span></span><span> </span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.</span></span><span> </span></li> <li><span>Tri- Lingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese is required.</span><br></li> <li><span>Has experience with Supply chain/ Logistics.</span><br></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Strong verbal and written communication skills for </span><span>engaging with</span><span> clients, carriers, and stakeholders.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Familiarity with relevant software and systems</span><span>, intermediate knowledge using MS Excel</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage diverse </span><span>deliverables </span><span>simultaneously.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Comfortable with data analysis to find patterns and </span><span>ability to explain data </span><span>insights </span><span>to carriers and customers</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>High level</span><span> of professionalism and ability to work </span><span>with</span><span> all organizational levels.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Enthusiastic </span><span>to </span><span>gain practical experience in the </span><span>logistics</span><span> and supply chain industry.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Flexibility to work in a </span><span>shifting</span><span> schedule for 24/5 coverage.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span> </span></p>
