Logistics Planning Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, transportation, and supply chain management to ensure seamless logistics execution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track efficiency, accuracy, and service levels, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Assist in capacity planning, cost analysis, and scenario modeling to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety regulations, and external regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Familiarity with forecasting, inventory management, and route optimization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain planning, or operations analysis.
- Experience working in a global logistics or transportation environment is highly desirable.
- Prior exposure to data-driven decision-making and performance analysis in logistics operations.
