Seeking a full-time Team Lead for the Logistics Team, this remote position will manage and motivate a team to deliver high-quality work while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a collaborative culture. Key responsibilities: Lead and mentor the logistics team, ensuring skill development and high-quality output Build strong internal relationships and act as a point of escalation for team collaboration issues Engage with internal stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on project progress Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred 7+ years of relevant consulting experience preferred Must be an active SNP employee for at least 3+ years Experience in leading teams and managing conflicts effectively Strong technical and business expertise aligned with organizational strategy
