From defining and managing work plans to creatively solving cross-functional problems, you will play a critical role in helping our partners (and Helix) drive clinical and research value through large-scale genomics. You'll work closely with many teams at Helix – including Clinical, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Legal – to do this.</span></div><div><br></div><div><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">As a Manager, Health System Partnerships</strong><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> </span><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">at Helix you will:</strong></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Serve as a relationship lead and operational advisor for health systems, health plans, and employer-sponsored genomics partnerships</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Build trusted relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders across partner organizations</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Understand partner priorities, organizational structures, and workflows to identify opportunities for program optimization and growth</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Lead the onboarding, implementation, launch, and scaling of population genomics programs across health systems, health plans, and employer-sponsored initiatives</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Define and proactively manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables for internal and external stakeholders</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Product, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Business Development, and external stakeholders to drive program execution, launch readiness, adoption, and long-term success.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Develop scalable implementation processes, onboarding frameworks, and operational best practices to support partner growth</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Identify implementation risks, operational challenges, and process improvement opportunities, and develop solutions to support scalability and execution</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Translate partner feedback and performance insights into operational improvements, suggested product enhancements, and stronger partnership health</span></li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Qualifications</strong></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">4+ years of experience managing strategic programs in the healthcare industry, ideally at a high growth company</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Process and workflow expertise.
