This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who is equal parts strategist and executor, and eager to apply AI to build a modern demand generation flywheel. You'll stand up campaigns from scratch, run experiments, read the data, and iterate without waiting for permission.</span></p><p><span>This role reports to the VP of Marketing and partners closely with sales leadership, revops, and cross-functional stakeholders including product and CX teams. You'll bring strong project management instincts, proactive communication, and the ability to move at startup speed.</span></p><h4><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-bd963171-7fff-db54-399a-70a85fa9b3c5">Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h4><h5><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-bd963171-7fff-db54-399a-70a85fa9b3c5">Demand Generation Strategy & Execution</strong></span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Own the full-funnel demand generation strategy—from awareness through to sales-qualified pipeline—and be accountable for pipeline targets.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (event campaigns, BDR campaigns, paid social, display, retargeting, email, webinars, and content syndication) that drive measurable pipeline.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage paid media strategy and agency partnerships across Google, LinkedIn, and other channels.</span></p></li></ul><h5><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-bd963171-7fff-db54-399a-70a85fa9b3c5">Email, Lifecycle & Marketing Automation</strong></span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Own email marketing strategy and execution in HubSpot—including nurture sequences, lifecycle campaigns, lead scoring, and segmentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build automated workflows that move leads through the funnel and surface.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Continuously test and optimize email performance to improve conversion rates at every stage.</span></p></li></ul><h5><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-bd963171-7fff-db54-399a-70a85fa9b3c5">Inbound Marketing & Website Optimization</strong></span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Own the inbound lead generation engine—driving traffic, conversion, and pipeline through the website, landing pages, content, and organic channels.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Optimize the website for conversion: A/B test landing pages, CTAs, forms, and user flows to maximize lead capture and MQL conversion.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support SEO and AEO efforts by aligning campaign strategy with organic growth initiatives.</span></p></li></ul><h5><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-bd963171-7fff-db54-399a-70a85fa9b3c5">Organic Social Media</strong></span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Contribute to LIV's organic social presence—developing content on LinkedIn and other platforms that builds awareness and drives inbound engagement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Amplify demand gen campaigns, product launches, and customer stories through organic social channels.</span></p></li></ul><h5><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-bd963171-7fff-db54-399a-70a85fa9b3c5">AI-Driven Demand Generation</strong></span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Embed AI into daily demand gen workflows—campaign ideation, copy generation, audience targeting, performance analysis, and reporting.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Own the AI strategy for demand gen: identify where AI can accelerate speed, reduce cost, and improve results across paid, email, and inbound channels.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build scalable, AI-assisted processes that allow a lean team to operate with the output of a much larger organization.</span></p></li></ul><h5><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-bd963171-7fff-db54-399a-70a85fa9b3c5">Pipeline Analytics & Reporting</strong></span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Own demand gen reporting—tracking campaign performance, funnel conversion, cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, and pipeline contribution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with revops to build dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into marketing's impact on revenue.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with revops on lead handoff, attribution modeling, and pipeline forecasting.</span></p></li></ul><h5><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-bd963171-7fff-db54-399a-70a85fa9b3c5">Cross-Functional Partnership</strong></span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Partner with the VP of Product on launches and go-to-market campaigns; collaborate with CX to leverage customer stories and proof points.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support sales and BDR teams with campaign-aligned messaging, lead intelligence, and enablement materials.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with the events team to build pre- and post-event demand gen campaigns around LIV's 50+ annual conferences.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Our tech stack:</strong> HubSpot, Salesforce, Claude, Figma, Notion, Slack, Gong, ZoomInfo, Google Workspace, Zoom, and GitHub.</span></p><h4><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-bd963171-7fff-db54-399a-70a85fa9b3c5">Who You Are</strong></span></h4><ul><li><p><span>A demand gen operator who thinks in funnels, experiments, and pipeline—not just clicks and impressions.
