Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and tools such as Excel, SQL, SPSS, SAS, or Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present insights effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with survey design, data collection methods, and statistical modeling is a plus.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, data analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or consulting environments is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and supporting strategic business decisions.
Working Hours
