To drive innovative growth strategies, the full-time Marketing Partnerships Lead will identify, structure, and scale high-impact partnerships remotely, focusing on expanding marketing and distribution channels for Dave's financial products. Key responsibilities Define and lead the strategy for strategic distribution partnerships and alternative growth channels Build and manage a pipeline of partner opportunities through proactive outreach and market evaluation Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including sourcing, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing management Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales Demonstrated success in sourcing and launching high-impact commercial partnerships Partnerships experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries Ability to build partnership strategies based on data and performance insights Strong experience negotiating complex commercial agreements across cross-functional teams
