McDonald's Lobby Attendant
About the Role
McDonald's is hiring Lobby Attendants to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment for all of our guests. This is a great entry-level role for candidates who take pride in cleanliness and enjoy creating a positive atmosphere for others. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dining tables, seats, trays, and high-touch surfaces continuously
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the dining area and restrooms
- Clean and restock restrooms on a regular schedule throughout the shift
- Sweep and mop lobby floors and maintain safe conditions by placing wet floor signs
- Assist customers by directing them to kiosks, condiments, and restroom areas
What We Are Looking For
- Attention to cleanliness and strong personal hygiene standards
- Friendly and approachable when interacting with customers in the lobby
- Ability to stand, bend, and remain physically active throughout the shift
- No experience required - training is provided on all cleaning protocols
Pay and Benefits
Earn $13.00 to $15.00 per hour. McDonald's provides free meals on shift, flexible part-time scheduling, and a friendly team environment with room to grow into other roles.
