Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Engineering
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar facilities or engineering management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance best practices
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, diagrams and specifications
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working location : Sungai Chua, Kajang

5 Working Days / Week

Salary commensurate with experience (RM5000 - RM8000)

Manage the planning, implementation and monitoring of preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all plant equipment and facilities
Coordinate and oversee the work of external maintenance contractors and vendors
Identify and troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety, environmental and quality standards
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and asset performance
Provide technical support and guidance to production teams on equipment operation and maintenance
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement continuous improvement initiatives
