2. Premium Landscape Designer: Austin-based landscape design, driving consultation bookings

3. Luxury Home Builder: San Francisco luxury renovations, driving inquiries and site visits

This is a build-and-train engagement for 2 of my team members, not ongoing management.

Scope of Work:

- Audit existing Instagram ad accounts for all three clients

- Build campaign structure: audiences, ad sets, creative direction, budget tiers

- Write or direct ad copy and creative briefs

- Launch campaigns across all three accounts

- Conduct a live training session with two account managers

- Deliver a simple optimization playbook they keep after the engagement
