The talent sourcer is the front door of that network.</span></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(1, 3, 19);">In this role, you partner closely with Recruiting Leads to find, engage, and qualify candidates for both active client searches and pipeline development. You will spend most of your time identifying talent, running outreach, coordinating interviews, and keeping the pipeline strong as our roster and client needs evolve.</span></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(1, 3, 19);">This is a builder role on a growing team. The work starts with sourcing and coordination and is designed to expand into preliminary candidate interviews and NDA management as you ramp.</span></div><div><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(34, 55, 241);">WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></div><div><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(1, 3, 19);">Candidate sourcing and identification</strong></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Partner with Recruiting Leads to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and client expectations.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Identify qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing methods, including our Applicant Tracking System, online platforms, and third-party sourcing tools.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Conduct targeted searches using advanced techniques such as Boolean search to uncover top talent.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Review candidate profiles, skills, and professional histories to assess alignment with role criteria.</span></li></ul><div><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(1, 3, 19);">Outreach and engagement</strong></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to engage prospective candidates.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Initiate and maintain communication with candidates, presenting opportunities and assessing initial interest.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Build and nurture relationships with talent to maintain a strong and active pipeline.</span></li></ul><div><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(1, 3, 19);">Recruitment coordination</strong></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Schedule and coordinate meetings between candidates and Recruiting Leads.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Act as the liaison between candidates and recruiters, ensuring clear and timely communication on next steps.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Support a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the early stages of the hiring process.</span></li></ul><div><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(34, 55, 241);">WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</strong></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Experience sourcing candidates in a recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition setting — agency, in-house, or contractor network.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Working knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools, with comfort running Boolean and other advanced search techniques.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Strong written communication — your outreach is clear, specific, and gets responses.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Highly organized; can run multiple searches in parallel without dropping threads.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Bias toward action and follow-through — candidates and recruiters never wonder where things stand.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Curiosity about the industries and skill sets we hire for, with a willingness to learn what "good" looks like for each.</span></li></ul><div><strong style="background-color: transparent;
