<p>As a Chat Agent, your main mission is to enhance the effectiveness of our sales team, made up of more than 80 members, while delivering an exceptional experience to customers and end users.</p> <p>Your responsibilities include:<br /> • Ensuring high-quality chat communication<br /> • Supporting and guiding team projects<br /> • Building strong relationships with clients<br /> • Carrying out assigned strategies<br /> • Driving sales through chat interactions </p> <p>Requirements:<br /> • Completed education<br /> • Prior sales experience<br /> • Strong commitment and work ethic<br /> • Excellent written and spoken English<br /> • High intellectual and emotional capability<br /> • Ability to motivate and inspire others<br /> • Highly driven, professional profile </p> <p>Compensation and schedule:<br /> • Base salary plus performance-based bonuses<br /> • 8 hours per day, 6 days per week</p>
