Primary Responsibilities Organize and direct classroom performances, plays, speeches, debates, and other presentations. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.. Maintain classroom management and establish clear expectations for student behavior and participation. Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, parents, and community stakeholders to support student success. Sponsor or assist with extracurricular activities such as drama club, speech competitions, or school productions.
