We're hiring a paid media manager who lives and breathes PPC.
Alpha Key Digital is a Cleveland-based digital marketing and advisory firm working with a focused roster of high-trust businesses — primarily in aesthetic medicine. We're not a volume agency. We take on fewer clients, go deeper, and tie our work to outcomes that actually matter: booked consults, recovered revenue, real growth.
We're looking for someone we don't have to manage. You'll own Google Ads and Meta campaigns end to end. We hand you a goal and a budget — you run with it. We care about cost per acquisition, lead quality, and revenue, not impressions or activity reports.
This is for you if:
- You open an ad account and immediately start hunting for what's leaking money
- You take a goal and just run — no queue of tasks, no manager checking in
- A CPA dropping or a campaign cracking profitability genuinely makes your day
- You read the data first and form an opinion second — you test, you don't guess
- You flag problems with a recommendation attached, before anyone has to ask
- You don't trust a campaign you can't measure cleanly
- Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads, end to end
- Target CPA, lead volume, and lead-quality goals — the number is yours
- Keyword research, audience targeting, bid/budget optimization
- Ad copy, creative testing, and landing page recommendations
- Conversion tracking and attribution (GA4, GTM, call tracking)
- Clear reporting tied to business outcomes, not vanity metrics
- 3+ years managing Google + Meta at a professional level
- A track record of profitably scaling paid campaigns — real CPA/ROAS results you can speak to
- Proven ability to run accounts independently with minimal oversight
- Strong on conversion tracking, attribution, and tag setup
- Bonus: medspa / aesthetic medicine / healthcare or local lead-gen experience, and Google/Meta certs
- Contract / freelance, fully remote, flexible
