We are seeking a motivated and dependable Painter/Laborer/Helper to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, plastering, and applying primer or sealants.
  • Assist with the application of paint using hand tools, airless paint sprayers, or other equipment for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
  • Support the team with demolition, cleanup, and site organization to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
  • Use hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, caulking guns, and power tools for various construction tasks including trim carpentry, framing, and masonry work.
  • Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and ensure accurate execution of tasks.
  • Perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations.
  • Support specialized tasks such as stucco application, restoration work, fixture installation, or concrete finishing as needed.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in construction painting or general labor is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding safety procedures, and basic construction techniques.
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics is a plus.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy materials safely.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols on construction sites.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and estimating materials.
