What You Will Do

• Assist American Airlines passengers with flight booking, reservation changes, and cancellation requests via phone or chat
• Rebook passengers affected by flight disruptions and irregular operations quickly and empathetically
• Provide AAdvantage loyalty account support — miles inquiries, status tier questions, and award travel assistance
• Answer passenger questions about checked baggage policies, seat selection, and fare rules accurately
• Process refund requests, travel credits, and service recovery compensation within American Airlines guidelines
• Deliver consistent, professional, and warm service aligned with American Airlines brand standards on every contact

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED — airline or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Professional phone communication — warm, clear, and solution-oriented in every passenger interaction
• Able to navigate multiple reservation and CRM systems simultaneously while maintaining natural conversation
• Available for part-time scheduling including evenings and weekends as required by American Airlines operations
• Home PC, USB headset, and a minimum 25 Mbps wired internet connection required
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace available during all scheduled customer service shifts

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour with shift differential for evening and weekend coverage
