Part-Time Cricket Coach – Cricket Academy (Qatar)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Cricket Coach to join our growing cricket academy in Qatar. The ideal candidate has hands-on coaching experience, strong communication skills, and a well-rounded understanding of all aspects of the game -batting, bowling, fielding, and fitness.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct structured cricket training sessions for students across age groups
• Provide technical coaching in batting, bowling, fielding, and wicket-keeping
• Assess player progress and provide constructive individual feedback
• Design and execute drills tailored to skill levels — beginner to advanced
• Maintain discipline, enthusiasm, and a positive training environment
• Coordinate with academy management on scheduling and player development plans
• Support match-day preparation and strategy when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of cricket coaching experience (academy, club, or school level)
• Strong all-round knowledge of the game — batting, bowling, fielding, and game strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach across age groups and mixed skill levels
• Open to all nationalities — valid Qatar residency

Certifications (Good to have— Not Mandatory)

• BCCI Coaching Certificate
• NCA (National Cricket Academy) Coaching Diploma
• Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) Coaching Certificate
• Any state cricket board coaching certification recognized by BCCI
