The College of General Education is seeking qualified part-time instructors exclusively from candidates available locally i e in Qatar with valid QID and no objection letter NOC to teach in-person first-and second-year undergraduate laboratory courses in the following subject areas Chemistry General Chemistry Biology Biochemistry Microbiology and Anatomy amp Physiology Ideal candidates are passionate about student success committed to excellence in teaching and thrive in a diverse and collaborative academic environment Minimum Qualifications:Master's degree in a relevant discipline (Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related applied or pedagogical field) from a recognized universityA minimum of three (3) years of full-time teaching experience at the upper secondary level or in post-secondary/higher education institutionsPreferred Qualifications:Post-graduate certificate, diploma, or degree in education or teaching methodsStrong proficiency in written and spoken EnglishDemonstrated experience teaching first-year undergraduate coursesOther Required SkillsProficiency with adaptive learning technologies and learning management systemsAbility to support inclusive, technology-enhanced learning environmentsDigital fluency in tools that promote student engagement and feedbackEffective oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated collegiality and professionalism in working with students and facultyAbility to manage the resources of the learning environment and course portfolio documents required for program review and accreditation processes
