In this fast-paced role, you will handle a high volume of incoming calls, turning stressful situations into positive experiences with your calm and warm demeanor. What You Need to Succeed <ul> <li>Skills: Typing speed of 35+ WPM and strong computer proficiency.</li> <li>Traits: Self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and excellent at written communication.</li> <li>Experience: Customer Service experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person!</li> </ul> Remote Work Requirements To be considered, you must have the following: <ul> <li>A distraction-free workspace.</li> <li>Windows 10 or 11 PC or Laptop (No Macs/Apple products, Chromebooks, or tablets) that has at least 1GB of storage.</li> <li>Minimum 1600 x 900 screen display resolution (dual monitors preferred).</li> <li>Wired USB headset with a microphone (no Bluetooth).</li> <li>High-speed internet that can pass a speed test (no satellite) and have the ability to be hard-wired via Ethernet cable (no Wi-Fi).</li> </ul> notifyMD is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
