Partner – Leadership and Organization Consulting
Job Description:
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on people, leadership, and culture topics
- Shape the overall strategy and direction of client engagements
- Lead the pursuit of new client relationships and expand existing accounts
- Provide coaching and feedback to consulting teams
- Develop and articulate a clear point of view on relevant domains
Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in consulting or professional services
- Deep, applied expertise in leadership and organizational consulting
- Background in Organizational Psychology: Advanced degrees in organizational psychology, industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology, or related behavioral sciences preferred
- Deep knowledge of the full business development cycle
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate top-down with executives
- Design and facilitate executive workshops and sessions
