Partner Success (6-Month Contract)
Join the Best Buy Ads team within Partner Success Management , where you’ll support active advertising partners and campaigns with a strong focus on execution, delivery, and partner outcomes. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who can quickly ramp, manage multiple campaigns, and drive results in a retail media environment.
What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day communication with advertising partners and internal teams
- Support onboarding and launch of new and existing partner campaigns
- Execute campaign elements across multiple marketing channels with accuracy and timeliness
- Gather inputs, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of all campaign components
- Monitor campaign execution and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Align campaign performance with partner goals and expectations
- Identify opportunities to expand partner engagement (upsell/cross-sell where appropriate)
- Escalate risks and recommend solutions to ensure partner satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver results
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services
- Hands-on experience managing client accounts or marketing/advertising campaigns
- Ability to operate independently and ramp quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, understand client needs, and make recommendations
- Experience in digital media, advertising, or retail media
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Workfront, or similar tools
- Have managed multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously
- Are comfortable stepping into in-flight work with minimal onboarding
- Thrive in deadline-driven, high-volume environments
- Can balance partner communication with internal execution
