Parts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Parts Operations and Inventory Control
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures related to parts operations, inventory control, and issuance.
  • Support the achievement of targeted stock turnover ratios.
2. Handle Parts Ordering and Supply
  • Ensure timely back order processing, follow-up, and supply of parts to all customers.
  • Coordinate effectively to minimize delays and ensure parts availability.
3. Achieve Sales Targets
  • Responsible for achieving targeted counter and workshop sales, including net contribution.
  • Monitor sales performance and take proactive actions to meet targets.
4. Oversee Parts Administration and Housekeeping
  • Ensure efficient parts administration processes are in place and followed.
  • Regularly conduct and maintain effective housekeeping activities.
5. Monitor Customer Satisfaction (CSI)
  • Responsible for achieving the required Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets.
  • Address customer concerns promptly to maintain high service standards.
6. Ensure Warranty Compliance
  • Ensure efficient warranty administration in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all warranty procedures and requirements.
7. Undertake Ad-Hoc Duties as Assigned
  • Perform any additional assignments or responsibilities as directed by superiors when required.

Qualifications for Parts Assistant

1- Minimum SPM or SKM certification, or equivalent, with automotive-related experience.

2- At least two (2) years of working experience in parts administration, stock handling, and customer service.

3- Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment.

4- Excellent physical condition.

5- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.

6- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

7- Ability to interact with all levels of people to address issues arising.
