Facilitate and analyze patients who a) have insurance requiring a high copay, b) incur a high deductible, c) who have Medicare or who are eligible for Medicare Part B/D and d) have no prescription drug coverage and /or live on a limited income.<br> </p><h1><br><span class="emphasis-3"><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></span></h1><p></p><p><br>• High school diploma and minimum of three (3) years of experience in medical insurance/billing, financial counselor, and/or patient financial assistance.<br>• Excellent verbal and communication skills needed.<br>• Working knowledge of insurance plans and basic limitations that applies to coverage of certain specialty medications.<br>• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task are important to the job function.<br>• Must demonstrate organizational skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).<br>• Fluency in the English language as well as strong communication skills to interact with a wide variety of personalities is required.</p><p></p><p></p><p>#AONA</p><p>#LI-REMOTE</p>
