Pega Lead Architect

Lead the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions from blueprinting through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design technical blueprints to serve as the baseline for delivery.
• Guide the engineering team through the full implementation lifecycle.
• Define solution, business, and functional requirements.
• Manage integration requirements across disparate systems.
• Review project deliverables to ensure alignment with business imperatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA).
• Proficiency in Java development.
• Experience developing multi-tier applications using Tomcat-5.5 and WebLogic servers.
• Experience with web services including SOAP 1.2, WSDL 2.0, and XML 1.0.
• Ability to define how proposed capabilities fit into overall solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of how business strategy affects technology requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Runtime Architecture, Integration Architecture, and Blueprint and Design Solutions.
• Knowledge of Smart Dispute.
