Pilot Flight Operations – Cessna / Beechcraft
Position Summary
Seeking a Pilot Flight Operations crewmember to support demonstration flights, customer experience flights, company transportation, trade show support, and sales and marketing activities. This role is responsible for operating company and customer aircraft globally while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
• Operate company and customer aircraft globally in compliance with FAA, ICAO, and local regulations
• Maintain thorough knowledge of aircraft systems, avionics, equipment, options, and product updates
• Attend initial and recurrent aircraft training, emergency procedures training, crew coordination training, international procedures training, and other required training programs
• Prepare expense reports, flight logs, international flight planning documentation, aircraft flight manual updates, and approach plate revisions
• Conduct demonstration flights supporting sales and marketing activities
• Adhere to flight operations policies, procedures, guidelines, and responsibilities
• Communicate noteworthy operational issues to department personnel
• Maintain safety as the primary consideration in all operations
• Assist in promoting company aircraft products and services
• Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or minimum five years of related industry experience
• Minimum 2,000 Flight Hours
• Minimum 500 Turbine Hours
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating and Single-Engine Land and Multi-Engine Land Ratings
• FAA Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI)
• FAA Second Class Medical Certificate or higher with the ability to obtain an FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Valid U.S. Passport or ability to obtain one
• Ability to travel globally without restrictions
• Valid Driver's License
• Eligibility to meet U.S. export control requirements
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Science or related field
• International operating experience
• Experience operating Textron aircraft models
• Minimum 250 Turbine PIC Hours
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• FAA Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) Certificate
• FAA Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) Certificate
• Familiarity with digital and glass flight decks
