Pipeline Patrol Pilot

Job Summary

We are looking for a high‑achieving pilot to fly VFR in a Cessna 172, patrolling the growing oil fields of West Texas and Southeast New Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Fly low‑level VFR missions in a Cessna 172.
  • Maintain flight time and progress toward the next step in your career.
  • Commit to a 15‑month contract and complete the required hours.
  • Operate safely in high‑wind conditions and on small runways.
  • Demonstrate a safety‑oriented attitude, impeccable stick and rudder skills, and high situational awareness.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 400 hours total time.
  • Commercial single‑engine land certificate.
  • Instrument rating.
  • Current and proficient in a Cessna 172.
  • Previous commercial pilot experience preferred.
  • Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) highly preferred.
  • Immediate availability and willingness to commit mentally for a year.
