Work Setup: Onsite

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM) with occasional Friday overtime and flexibility to support multiple shifts

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Press Tech Production Supervisor to lead stamping operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, hands-on knowledge of tool and die operations, expertise in lean manufacturing, and a proven track record implementing SMED initiatives to improve production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily stamping production operations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing and SMED methodologies.

Troubleshoot production issues utilizing tool and die expertise.

Coach, mentor, and develop production team members.

Monitor KPIs and production metrics to drive operational excellence.

Manage preventive maintenance programs for stamping equipment and tooling.

Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams.

Lead manufacturing projects from planning through execution.

Support employee relations and maintain a positive work environment.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field OR equivalent manufacturing experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a stamping or manufacturing environment.

Proven leadership or supervisory experience within manufacturing operations.

Strong knowledge of tool and die processes. Hands-on experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles.

Demonstrated experience with SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) initiatives.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Willing to work onsite in Ripon, Wisconsin.

Pay: $71,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
