Procurement Analyst Executive
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst Executive to support the purchasing and supply operations behind our growing F&B group. (Training provided to fresh graduates)
This role is responsible for monitoring supplier pricing, coordinating procurement activities, maintaining purchasing systems, and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple restaurant brands and outlets.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor supplier pricing monthly and track market price movements
- Compare quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain and update procurement records, pricing databases, and reports
- Assist in sourcing new suppliers and evaluating supplier performance
- Work closely with kitchen and operations teams on purchasing requirements
- Analyze purchasing trends and recommend operational improvements
- Ensure procurement processes remain organized, accurate, and efficient
- Support inventory planning and supply coordination across outlets
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, F&B Management, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory, or F&B operations is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical abilities are encouraged to apply
