Go there with us...</div>We're looking for a Product Manager to own search and recommendations at Go1 — the systems that determine whether the right learning reaches the right person at the right time. Today, the burden of relevance sits with the L&D admin. They log in, they search, they scroll. Admins curate manually because the system can't confidently match content to their context. Your job is to flip that. You'll make our search and recommendation systems meaningfully smarter and more personal - so the platform does the heavy lifting instead of the human. You'll work at the intersection of product and data science — experimenting with ranking logic, designing feedback loops, and shipping measurable improvements to how the system understands what's relevant. You'll need to be comfortable working with embedding models, semantic search, and recommendation algorithms — not as the person writing the code, but as the person who understands why one approach works better than another and can make sharp product decisions about model trade-offs. We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about this space.
