Role Summary<div class="WordSection1">This role serves as a primary commercial and customer-facing resource supporting collision avoidance and proximity detection systems across industrial and mobile equipment environments. The position requires a strong working understanding of multiple safety technologies and the ability to communicate differences between solutions, align systems to customer needs, and drive opportunities forward from initial engagement through execution.<h2 style="margin-top:13px;margin-left:1px;">Key Responsibilities</h2>Customer Engagement & Opportunity Management<ul style="margin-top:16px;"><li style="margin-top:16px;">Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and distributors</li><li>Lead high-level discussions on collision avoidance solutions and applications</li><li>Conduct presentations, product overviews, and system demonstrations</li><li>Drive Proof of Concept (POC) programs including scope, coordination, and follow-up</li><li>Maintain consistent engagement and momentum with active opportunities</li></ul><h2 style="margin-top:14px;margin-left:1px;">Technical Understanding (Applied, Not Engineering-Level)</h2><ul style="margin-top:16px;"><li style="margin-top:16px;margin-right:90px;">Develop working knowledge of collision avoidance technologies including electromagnetic, AI vision, radar and LIDAR systems</li><li>Explain differences, strengths, and limitations of each technology</li><li>Align appropriate solutions to environments and applications</li><li>Coordinate with engineering for detailed technical support when required</li></ul><h2 style="margin-top:14px;margin-left:1px;">Proposal & Quotation Development</h2><ul style="margin-top:16px;"><li style="margin-top:16px;">Build structured proposals based on equipment and site requirements</li><li>Define scope, configurations, and optional components</li><li>Support pricing development with internal teams</li><li>Ensure proposals align with customer needs and operational realities</li></ul><h2 style="margin-top:14px;margin-left:1px;">Cross-Functional Coordination</h2><ul style="margin-top:16px;"><li style="margin-top:16px;">Work closely with engineering, operations, and commercial teams</li><li>Coordinate internal resources to support customer requirements</li><li>Provide feedback on product gaps, performance, and competitive insights</li></ul><h2 style="margin-top:14px;margin-left:1px;">Market Awareness</h2><ul style="margin-top:16px;"><li style="margin-top:16px;">Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive solutions</li><li>Support internal strategy with customer and market feedback</li></ul></div><h2 style="margin-top:5px;margin-left:1px;">Travel & Field Support</h2><ul style="margin-top:16px;"><li style="margin-top:16px;">Willingness to travel to customer sites for meetings, evaluations, and POC support</li><li>Support implementation activities as needed</li></ul><h1 style="margin-top:14px;margin-left:1px;">Qualifications</h1><h2 style="margin-top:16px;margin-left:1px;">Experience</h2><ul style="margin-top:16px;"><li style="margin-top:16px;">5–10+ years in industrial, heavy equipment, or related sectors</li><li>Experience in technical sales, applications, or customer-facing roles preferred</li></ul><h2 style="margin-top:14px;margin-left:1px;">Technical Skills</h2><ul style="margin-top:16px;"><li style="margin-top:16px;">Understanding of mobile equipment and operating environments</li><li>Ability to explain and differentiate technology types and use cases</li><li style="margin-right:103px;">Familiarity with basic system concepts such as integration, sensors, and communications</li></ul><h2 style="margin-top:13px;margin-left:1px;">Commercial Skills</h2><ul style="margin-top:16px;"><li style="margin-top:16px;">Strong customer engagement and communication skills</li><li>Experience building proposals and supporting sales processes</li><li>Highly organized with consistent follow-up and opportunity management</li></ul><h2 style="margin-top:14px;margin-left:1px;">Core Attributes</h2><ul style="margin-top:16px;"><li style="margin-top:16px;">Strong ownership and accountability</li><li>Effective communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Disciplined follow-through and execution</li><li>Practical thinker able to align solutions to real-world applications</li></ul><h2 style="margin-top:14px;margin-left:1px;">Location</h2>Remote role.
