By fostering an inclusive and supportive environment, it strives to make a meaningful impact in the community.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p>This is a full-time hybrid role for a Program Director based in Baltimore, MD, with the opportunity for some work-from-home flexibility. </p><p><br></p><p>The Program Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of psychiatric rehabilitation services, including program planning, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. </p><p><br></p><p>They will manage budgets, develop and implement programs, and collaborate with community stakeholders to enhance service delivery. </p><p><br></p><p>The Program Director will also be responsible for monitoring program outcomes, providing leadership, and ensuring high-quality client services.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of psychiatric rehabilitation, mental health services, and client recovery support</li><li>Proficiency in program planning, development, and evaluation</li><li>Strong leadership and staff supervision skills</li><li>Budget management and resource allocation experience</li><li>Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Experience in a healthcare or non-profit setting is a plus</li><li>Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field preferred</li><li>Licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, CPRP or is required</li></ul>
