Experience in IT software development or delivery for 15 plus and in both experience as IT Project Manager

Must have hands-on experience involved in 2 Oil & Gas Turnaround (TA) events, 1 Shutdown (SD), or STO executions event, especially coordinating:

TA digital readiness
Applications supporting TA (e.g., SAP PM/Primavera P6)
Field mobilization through digital tools
Execution-phase issue management

Agile methodology (SCRUM)

Change and release management

Understanding of TA-enabling applications (Active Directory (CRIS,IGA), PRIMAVERA P6, SAP PM)

Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, integrations

Familiarity with TA execution tools and digital workflows (Worklist Progress, Work control Sheet (WCS), Material Control Sheet, WCS FA, EWR, RTO, HOEP, flange torque Management systems)

Strong coordination with operations, maintenance & TA teams

Requirements gathering and process mapping

Vendor, contract, and timeline management

Power release and environment management

UAT & regression testing coordination
