Record a 60–90s honest reaction video using a job-search app (must be actively job hunting) — $35

I built a job-search tool called pirch (pirchjobs.com) and I'm looking for 5-8 people who are ACTUALLY job hunting right now to try it for real and film their honest reaction. This is a one-off gig, fully remote, about an hour of your time total - split across two days (a main session, then a short next-morning follow-up).

The one line of direction: treat this like the first day of taking your job search seriously - pirch is the tool you're doing it with. No script, your real words, including anything you didn't like.

What you'll do:

DAY 1 - the sit-down (~45 min):

1. Sign up at pirchjobs.com (free - you get 2 free "hunts," no card needed) and drop in your real resume.

2. On camera: a short selfie intro (who you are, what you're hunting for, how the search has been going), then your screen while you run a real hunt and read your matches, then your honest reaction after.

3. If one of the matches is genuinely worth applying to - apply, on camera. Only if you mean it.

DAY 2 - the comeback (~10 min):

4. Next morning, open pirch again like it's part of your routine. React to whatever's waiting, run your second hunt, and film a short follow-up: is it different the second time? Did you actually apply to anything? Then describe pirch to a friend in one sentence.

5. Deliver the raw clips (vertical, phone is fine) through Upwork. I'll send a simple shot list that walks through all of this.

What I need from you:

- You are genuinely job searching right now (any field - I'd love variety: marketing, ops, engineering, retail management, healthcare admin, whatever).

- Comfortable talking to your phone camera naturally. You do NOT need to be an influencer or have followers.

- Decent phone camera + quiet room. Screen recording from your phone or laptop.

- OK with signing a simple release so I can use the footage in ads and social posts for pirch.

What this pays:

- $35 fixed price on delivery of usable clips (one revision request max, e.g. "can you re-record the intro closer to the window / less echo").

Honesty matters more than polish: if your matches are mediocre, say so on camera. I'm not buying compliments, I'm buying real reactions. (If the footage is unusable for ads because of quality issues, you still get paid - the risk is mine.)

To apply, reply with: (1) what kind of job you're hunting for, (2) one line about your setup (phone model / where you'd film), and (3) a 10-20 second selfie video of you saying hi - that's the whole audition.
