This individual will serve as both a full-cycle recruiter and campus recruiting lead, helping attract, assess, and hire exceptional consulting talent across experienced hire and university pipelines.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The ideal candidate is based in the Washington, D.C. or Salt Lake City area, though we are open to remote candidates with relevant experience and the ability to travel as needed. This individual should have prior experience working in management consulting or recruiting within a consulting environment and be excited to take ownership of recruiting strategy and execution. Helvetica, sans-serif;">As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead, you will:</span></span></strong></h2><ul><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for consulting roles across the firm, including Analysts, Associate Consultants, Engagement Managers, and specialized universities, student organizations, career centers, and MBA programs</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Serve as the primary campus recruiting liaison for MGT, coordinating recruiting events, interview processes, and internship programs</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span
